Activity: 06.03 - Establish Rights To Use

In this activity all rights to use hardware, software, tools and maintenance and support services contracts on behalf of service delivery contract with the Client are checked. The hardware, software, tools or services to be used can be either new or existing, can be owned by the Client, the incumbent(s), third party services suppliers or Capgemini respectively. If needed additional contracts or upgrades of existing contracts are concluded with the rightful owners.

Not all work in this activity has to be done by the work stream team. Specific departments or teams within Capgemini might be responsible to execute the actual work, like the sales team, legal teams or tool implementation teams. There also may be standard services available for certain aspects. It is however the responsibility of the Finance And Contracts work stream lead to make sure that all this work is ready on time.
